1. Refund Eligibility
Since Scrinzo provides immediate access to digital items (Unlimited Pass tokens) which are fully activated upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experienced technical issues, double charges, or system failures that prevented usage of the pass within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a refund.
2. Processing Requests
To submit a refund request, please email us at scrinzohq@gmail.com with your transaction details, payment ID, the email address used during purchase, and a description of the issue.
3. Chargebacks
We encourage users to reach out to our support team directly before raising chargebacks with their bank, as we can verify and resolve issues much faster.
